We advise our clients on the incorporation of asset management companies and the establishment of (reserved and speculative) private equity and venture capital funds and on their authorization process, as well as on investment transactions (including structuring/negotiation of financing agreements and relevant financial guarantees). We also assist our clients in the sale and purchase of company shareholdings.
